Oktobermila 2026

Oktobermila is a small October race held annually at Lerstad school in Møre og Romsdal. The start and finish are located near Lerstad primary school. It typically takes place in mid to late October, usually beginning at noon, and offers runners a choice between 5 km or 10 km distances. The route runs alongside Lerstadvatnet and along Lerstadvegen, incorporating a gravel road section by the lake and sidewalks for the remainder of the course. The terrain is mostly flat, with a single uphill section approximately 300 meters long. All participants who complete either distance receive a medal. Winners of the 5 km race are awarded trophies, and the top three male and female finishers in the 10 km race also receive trophies. Lesundløpene is the organizing body for the event.
