Bieg Mamuta is the Pyskowice event in the Korona Powiatu Gliwickiego, a three-race series in southern Poland. The Pyskowice race is an urban event starting at Szkoła Podstawowa nr 5 im. J. Korczaka on ul. Szkolna, offering 5 km, 10 km, Nordic Walking, and a 21.1 km option. The series takes place during the warmer months, connecting races in Knurów, Pilchowice, and Pyskowice.
Runners completing all three events receive the Korona Powiatu Gliwickiego award. The top six in the final standings are awarded the Starost's Cup of Gliwice County. The organizers aim to unite runners and local residents, encourage healthy lifestyles, and showcase various locations within Gliwice County. Past Pyskowice races have attracted hundreds of participants and onlookers, establishing it as a community racing day rather than a small training event.
