Biegi Zwycięstwa „Goń bolszewika, goń” 2026

Biegi Zwycięstwa "Goń bolszewika, goń" is a community running event in Jarocin, Podkarpackie, featuring a 5 km main race and shorter races for children and youth. The programme includes kids' distances from 100 m to 600 m, making the day suitable for all ages. It is linked to Polish Army Day and the commemoration of Poland's victory in the Battle of Warsaw. The main 5 km course is a single marked and secured loop. Runners receive a starter pack, finishers get medals, and the top participants compete for prizes. The organizers include the Municipality of Jarocin, the local cultural and sports centre, Timekeeper, and Jarocin Running Club. The race also has a patriotic education aspect, particularly for younger participants, alongside the aim of encouraging local people to be active.
