Boguszowska 50 is a mountain walking rally in Boguszów-Gorce, Lower Silesia, offering 25 km and 50 km routes through the Kamienne and Wałbrzyskie Mountains. It begins at 8:00 AM as a tourist event, prioritizing route completion over competitive placement. The 50 km route involves approximately 1,200 meters of elevation gain, and the 25 km route has about 800 meters of ascent, presenting a substantial challenge even for the shorter distance.
The course follows a jubilee trail around Boguszów-Gorce, marked with arrows and tape. Participants initially ascend towards Dzikowiec. The 50 km route additionally covers Mniszek and Chełmiec, local peaks overlooking the town. Registration is capped at 300 adults, with previous participants taking up to thirteen hours to finish within the time limit. Aid stations offer water, and the finish provides traditional rally food such as pea soup and borscht.
