The Warsaw Uprising Race is a night run in Warsaw, held on the last Saturday of July, honoring the Warsaw Insurgents. Participants can select either a 5 km or 10 km distance, with the 5 km race commencing at 8:30 pm and the 10 km at 9:15 pm. Over 10,000 individuals register annually, and the event is a component of the Warsaw Running Triad, Poland's largest running series.
Both distances begin at Bonifraterska and Konwiktorska streets, adjacent to an insurgent redoubt and near a key intersection where intense fighting occurred during the uprising. The course proceeds along Bonifraterska, Muranowska, and Andersa streets, then crosses the railway viaduct towards Żoliborz. The race serves as an active commemoration, with club runners, local residents, and history enthusiasts navigating the same evening course through locations significant to the city's wartime history.
