Grabowski Bieg is a family race day in Grabowo, Podlaskie, featuring starts for children, adults, and Nordic walkers. The shortest races cover 100 meters for the youngest children. Adults can compete in races up to 10 kilometers, and a 6 km Nordic walking option is also available. The event uses electronic timing, with each start limited to 300 participants. The routes include mixed terrain, such as asphalt and sand, presenting a varied running surface. Gminny Klub Sportowy Grabowo organizes the event. Participants receive a starter pack containing a chip bib, safety pins, water, coffee, tea, and a refreshment voucher. Finishers are awarded a medal. Registration is conducted online, and the entry fee must be paid within seven days to secure a spot on the start list.
