III Run Ursynow 2026

Run Ursynów is a free 5K race in Warsaw’s Ursynów district, starting at 11:00 on Saturday mornings. The course follows a campus route at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, providing a compact student-campus atmosphere instead of a typical road race. This is the race’s second year, and the route has been updated. Runners complete four laps, beginning near the Faculty of Human Nutrition and Consumer Sciences. All participants receive water and a medal upon finishing. The top three finishers in each category are awarded trophies and sponsor prizes. The race is divided into women’s and men’s categories, with age groups for 13-15 and 16-17, alongside open races. A team classification is also included, determined by summing the times of four team members.
