Jesienny Triathlon Mława is a compact autumn triathlon held in Mława, a Mazovian city located about 130 km from Warsaw, near the S7 road. The race is a one-day individual event covering 23 km: 500 m of swimming, 17.5 km of cycling, and 5 km of running. Autumn triathlons are uncommon in Poland, placing this event late in the season and requiring participants to contend with cooler conditions instead of summer heat.
The swim takes place indoors at the MOSiR pool, utilizing 25 m lanes. Athletes then proceed to a 17.5 km asphalt bike course with no drafting allowed. Helmets and standard traffic regulations are mandatory on the bike leg. The run consists of two 2.5 km asphalt loops. The event has a small field, limited to 70 participants, and local athletes from the Mława district have competed since its early editions. MOSiR in Mława organizes the triathlon, with assistance from the city hall and the Płetwal Mława swimming club.
