Kaszubski Bieg Lesoków is a 10 km road race in Szemud, Poland’s Kashubia region, part of the Kaszuby Biegają na 10 km series. The main race begins in the morning, preceded by an official warm-up. This event is designed for regular runners and those seeking a local, organized 10K featuring chip timing, medals, a participant meal, and general and age-group results.
The race starts and finishes on Szkolna Street, adjacent to the sports hall which houses the race office. The course is marked every kilometer and partially follows public roads secured by services, requiring runners to observe traffic rules and staff directions. The time limit is 1.5 hours. Classification requires a passive timing chip provided free at the race office and affixed to a shoe. The organizers include the Szemud Commune Office, the local culture, sport and recreation center, and the Kashubian Physical Culture Association. The race also promotes the Szemud area, Kashubian culture, and running as a straightforward everyday activity.
