The Pilawski Trail takes place in Pilawa, within Poland’s Mazowieckie region, as an autumn trail-running series focused on local forests. The event offers a 50 km ultra, a 21 km half marathon, and the Przemilak, a shorter race of approximately 5 miles or 8 km. Participants receive electronic timing, aid stations along the routes, and limited field sizes for each distance.
The courses combine asphalt, gravel paths, and forest trails, distinguishing it from a pure road race. The ultra crosses forests and roads in Garwolin county, the half marathon circles Pilawa’s forest paths, and the Przemilak runs from Łucznica to Pilawa. Recent fields have been modest, typically numbering in the dozens rather than thousands, and the event is organized by Stowarzyszenie Stopka Pilawa with assistance from the local culture center in Pilawa.
