Piwna Mila Niepołomice is a three-mile beer run held beside Browar Kazimierz in Niepołomice, during Kazik Fest. Participants complete three one-mile loops, totaling approximately 4.8 km, consuming 0.3 L of beer before each loop. Two entry categories are available: one with standard alcoholic beer (around 5% ABV) and one with non-alcoholic beer.
The course is primarily off-road, consisting of about 80% trail and 20% asphalt. Participants select their beer category during registration, require photo ID for verification, and must sign a health declaration when collecting their bib. Shoe-mounted chips record both gross and net times. The starter pack reflects the brewery's theme, including a bib, a Browar Kazimierz cap, a festival beer voucher, beer provided on the course, a two-pack of brewery products, and a commemorative medal.
