Plywanie Aqua Speed Open Water Series Stezyca 2026

Swimmers begin and end their race at the Wyspa Wisła recreational complex, located on Rekreacyjna Street in Stężyca, within Poland’s Lubelskie region. This event, part of the AQUA SPEED Open Water Series, features adult open-water swims with distances of 500 m, 1 km, 1.9 km, and 3.8 km. Junior races are scheduled for the afternoon, catering to children aged 6 to 13. The youngest participants will swim 100 m, followed by two age groups swimming 200 m, and the 12-13 age group competing in a 475 m race. The race concludes after swimmers exit the water and pass through a finish gate, incorporating a short run-out instead of finishing at a floating line. The start list for the 3.8 km event includes participants from Warsaw, Łódź, Kraków, Poznań, Bydgoszcz, Supraśl, Wołomin, Pabianice, and other Polish cities, with age categories ranging from teenagers to individuals over 60. Safety buoys are permitted under strict regulations: an inflatable buoy with a rope exceeding 50 cm from the waist loop attachment is disallowed. LABOSPORT Polska and Stowarzyszenie Po Prostu Sport are the organizers.
