Srebrna Dziesiątka is an Olkusz street race based at the OSW “Czarna Góra” Athletic Stadium on ul. 29 Listopada. The main event is a 10 km asphalt run through the city, with a 5 km run and a 5 km Nordic Walking option alongside it. The race usually works with a capped field rather than a huge crowd, and the program includes Open results plus age categories for women and men.
The start and finish sit at the stadium, so runners gather at one clear sports-complex hub before heading onto the streets. Stowarzyszenie Srebrna Dziesiątka organizes the race with the municipal sports center and local city partners. The event is also tied to the Kazimierz Chechelski Memorial, with accompanying races for children and preschoolers, and families are openly invited to run together. Local pride matters here too: the race awards separate titles to the best male and female residents of Olkusz.
