GP Estádio Nacional

GP Estádio Nacional is a short-distance running event held in Jamor, Oeiras, on the Lisbon side of Portugal. The start and finish are located by Estádio Nacional within the Jamor forest area, giving the race a park and woodland character rather than a city road race feel. It is part of the Troféu Câmara Municipal de Oeiras - Corridas das Localidades, a municipal race series held in local communities. The event is organized by Associação Desportiva NucleOeiras, with support from Oeiras council and the Jamor sports complex. The primary distance is 6.4 km, complemented by shorter options of 3.2 km, 1.5 km, 0.6 km, and 0.3 km, making the event accessible for adults, younger runners, and beginners. The course follows dirt paths through the wooded Jamor area near the stadium, situated in the Jamor river valley. TAÇA INTERMUNICIPAL 3H RESISTÊNCIA BTT - AMADORA

The Taça Intermunicipal 3H Resistência BTT in Amadora is a Sunday-morning mountain bike endurance event held in the Lisbon district. 10th Duathlon Cross da Amadora

The 10th Duathlon Cross da Amadora is a youth cross duathlon within the Lisboa e Alto Alentejo regional championship. It takes place in the Amadora region of Portugal, starting and finishing at Alameda do Sabugueiro, 1-B, Murganhal, Caxias. Racefinder indicates July, but the Portuguese Triathlon Federation calendar shows September; confirm the month before making plans. This event features a run-bike-run format on off-road or mixed terrain, not solely on roads. The competition is for youth categories from the Lisboa e Alto Alentejo region and is part of the Federação de Triatlo de Portugal's regional youth race program.

ランニング： アマドーラはリスボンに近いから、みんなここをベースキャンプみたいに走ってるよ。Parque Verde、Porcalhota、Mina de Água、Falagueira-Venda Novaあたりで、毎日サクッと走れる周回コースがあるんだ。Parque Verdeでは、40th Xistarca Runっていうレースが開催されてて、街のイベントの中心になってるね。Complexo Desportivo Municipal Monte da Galegaにはトラックがあって、トラック練ができるし、Challenge 3000っていうのは午後4:00から3000 meters走るイベントだよ。16 kmのコースだと243 mの獲得標高で、02 kmのコースだと49 m上がる感じ。いろんな地形を走りたいときは、5th Belas Cross Trailに行く人が多いかな。

サイクリング： アマドーラでは、BTTとか、短いけどパンチのある練習、それからリスボン市街の端っこにすぐ繋がるコースでみんな乗ってるよ。TAÇA INTERMUNICIPAL 3H RESISTÊNCIA BTT 2026 - AMADORAっていうのが、この街の主要なイベントになってるね。もっとタフな周回を走りたいときは、近くのTAÇA INTERMUNICIPAL 3H RESISTÊNCIA BTT 2026 - MONSANTOが目標になるかな。GRIFO24hはエンデュランス系、GP Outurelaはロードレース好きにはたまらないイベントだよ。ここは山ってほどの山はないから、登りの話はみんな現実的なんだ。いろんな地形があるって感じ。インターバルで追い込みたいときは、やっぱりMonsantoが一番。シングルトラックを走る日は、シクロクロスみたいに速いペースになることが多いね。

シーズン： いつがベストシーズンって特に決まってないから、みんなカレンダーに合わせて年間計画を立ててるよ。5月23日にComplexo Desportivo Municipal Monte da GalegaでChallenge 3000があるから、5月は結構重要視されてるね。夏の詳しい情報はないけど、賢くやるなら、午前中にZ2練、午後にトラック練って感じで、無理なくこなすのがいいんじゃないかな。冬も特に詳細はないけど、アマドーラはメトロ、バス、電車でリスボン、Oeiras、Monsantoにすぐ行けるから問題ないよ。レースシーズンがまだ遠い冬の間は、ベースマイル、BTTのレジスタンス練、それからいろんな地形でのコントロールされたランニングに使ってる人が多いね。
