Côdeas Trail 2026

The 4th Côdeas Trail will be held on September 5, 2026, in Casal dos Claros, Coucinheira – Leiria. The event features two competitive races: the Trail Sprint, approximately 19 km with medium difficulty, and the Mini Trail, approximately 10 km with easy terrain suitable for beginners. Additionally, there will be non-competitive activities, including a 10 km walk following the Mini Trail route and a Trail Kids race. The Trail Kids race has two categories: 500m for participants aged 6-10 years (Benjamins) and 1500m for participants aged 11-13 years (Infantis). The minimum age for the main races (Trail Sprint and Mini Trail) is 18 years. Minors may participate in the Kids races and the walk if accompanied by a legal guardian and with their authorization. The event is organized by Unidos Runners, with support from G.D.R.C. UNIDOS. Both the start and finish lines are located at the G.D.R.C. UNIDOS club. The course consists of trails, paths, and tracks, with some challenging sections, clearly marked with red tape and directional signs. The event emphasizes fair play, environmental respect, and safety, with medical and security personnel present along the route.
