Last WoMan Coura 2027

Last WoMan Coura is dictated by the clock: runners return to the start for another trail lap, facing a shorter time limit and a quicker pace with each iteration. This March trail running event takes place in Paredes de Coura, Portugal, and is organized by Amigos da Montanha in conjunction with the Municipality of Paredes de Coura. The race format shifts the focus from maintaining a consistent position to enduring each restart. Each lap begins anew, making strategy, pacing, and the choice to start again as critical as outright speed. As the time limit shortens, the field narrows to those runners still prepared and capable of facing the next start.
