Run Castle 2026

The XI Run Castle is a trail running event held on September 6, 2026, in Montemor-o-Novo, Évora. It features three options: a non-competitive 8 km walk, a 10 km Mini Trail, and a 17 km Long Trail. The 10 km Mini Trail has natural obstacles and is for participants aged 16 and older. The 17 km Long Trail also has natural obstacles and is for participants aged 18 and older. The event is suitable for runners of various experience levels and includes timed races with electronic chips for the 10 km and 17 km distances. The course traverses diverse terrains and passes by the Castle of Montemor-o-Novo, offering an outdoor experience. The event provides logistical support, aid stations, and a communal lunch post-race.
