21st Annual Buffalo Creek Half Marathon 2026

The Buffalo Creek Half Marathon is a point-to-point fall race in western Pennsylvania, held on the third Saturday of October with a 9:00 AM EDT start. It begins in Cabot and follows the Butler Freeport Community Trail for most of its 13.1 miles. The course features crushed limestone underfoot for much of the route and a gentle downhill profile, suiting runners aiming for fast times. The finish is at the south end of the trail at the former Butler Junction, under the Highway 356 bridge over the Allegheny River.
