Go and Gobble 5k 2026

The Go and Gobble 5K is a Thanksgiving morning 5K run/walk held at the Florida Horse Park in Ocala, Florida. It begins at 8:00 a.m. and is designed for runners, walkers, and families seeking a brief holiday race before the day's main events. Ocala's location also makes it accessible for those traveling from Gainesville, The Villages, and other areas of North Central Florida. The course winds through the Florida Horse Park, providing a setting connected to Ocala rather than a standard road loop. Registration provides a long-sleeve shirt, a Go and Gobble-themed bib, and a custom finisher medal. Awards are extensive for a 5K, recognizing overall male and female winners, masters categories from 40+ to 70+, and top three finishers in five-year age groups ranging from young children to 80+.
