KAR 1-Mile Challenge 2026

The WMU Business Tech Innovation Park course is fast, designed for runners chasing PRs. Heats start 10 minutes apart, separated by age-group, high school, middle school, and invitational runners based on personal bests. Awards go three deep in each category, with special trophies for high schoolers and prize money for the top three finishers in the invitational heats. A team competition is scored on the lowest combined age group place finish of your top three members, making the KAR 1-Mile Challenge great for families, training partners, businesses, friends, and teammates.
