Sprint For Sight 5K 2026

Sprint For Sight 5K is a beachside 5K run/walk at Gleason Park in Indian Harbour Beach, Florida. It takes place in early October with a 7:30 a.m. start and is presented by the Brevard Association for the Advancement of the Blind. The event offers individual registration and a visually impaired division. Race morning begins with packet pickup and late registration opening at Gleason Park at 6:30 a.m. Packets can also be collected the day before at Running Zone in Melbourne. Following the 5K, awards are presented to overall winners, Masters, Grandmasters, Senior Grandmasters, visually impaired participants, and age-group finishers from young children through 80-plus. Participants receive the annual Sprint for Sight shirt, refreshments, and entry into a grand prize drawing.
