The Ascent 5k Race 2027

The Ascent 5K Race takes place in The Woodlands, Texas, on March 5. Participants can run, walk, or roll, and a quarter-mile kids dash is available for children 10 and under. The Phoenix Journey organizes the event to support individuals with autoimmune disease. The day includes timed racing, music, vendors, giveaways, and post-race refreshments. The 5K course includes mile markers and has a one-hour completion limit. Walkers, rollers, and fun-run participants are welcome at any pace. Awards are given to age-group winners, Best Costume, Most Creative Costume, and Largest Group. The event accommodates serious runners, teams, families, and costumed participants. All participants receive a custom race shirt and finisher medal. Packet pick-up is at Race HQ at Rob Fleming Park.
