The WellStyles Move More 5k 2027

The WellStyles Move More 5k is a low-cost run/walk in Glendale, Arizona, held at the Foothills Recreation and Aquatic Center. Participants can choose between a 3.1-mile 5k run/walk beginning at 9:00 am and a 1-mile walk starting five minutes later. Registration is $10, with free entry for children 12 and under, increasing to $15 later. The event is open to City of Glendale employees, their families, friends, and the community, giving it the feel of a local wellness day. WellStyles and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona co-host the event. The first 600 participants receive a shirt. Awards are given to the top three male and female 5k finishers. The morning also features a Community Wellness Fair and a free rock wall climb within the recreation center. Service animals are permitted; other pets are not.
