Stadt Tamm wird Start- und Zielort für ADAC Brezel Race Region Stuttgart und Women’s Cycling Grand Prix Region Stuttgart 2026

Tamm, in the Ludwigsburg district near Stuttgart, hosts the start and finish for two Sunday morning road cycling events: the ADAC Brezel Race Region Stuttgart and the Women’s Cycling Grand Prix Region Stuttgart. The Brezel Race is designed for hobby and amateur road cyclists, while the Women’s Cycling Grand Prix features Germany’s top professional women’s road race on the same event platform. The Brezel Race provides short and long route choices, approximately 54 kilometers with 751 meters of climbing for the shorter option, and about 110 kilometers for the longer one. Riders depart Tamm starting at 8 AM, navigating a closed-road circuit through the Ludwigsburg area. This circuit includes Asperg, Markgröningen, Möglingen, and sections of Ditzingen, Eberdingen, Korntal-Münchingen, and Vaihingen an der Enz. The circuit is completed once or twice, depending on the race category, on roads that are fully closed and secured. Over 3,000 Brezel Race participants are anticipated, with spectators lining the route. Thus, the day combines amateur riders, club cyclists, and professional women racing from the same starting town.
