O wyścigu
The Cultus Lake Triathlon begins with a swim in Cultus Lake, located within Cultus Lake Park in British Columbia’s Fraser Valley. This end-of-season multisport race, organized by Dynamite Race Events, offers several formats on the same race day and course. Participants can choose from Sprint, Standard, Standard Aquabike, Standard Relay, Aquathlon, or Duathlon options, accommodating solo triathletes, relay teams, and racers preferring a swim-run, bike-run, or swim-bike format.
The course utilizes the natural setting of Cultus Lake: clear lake water for the swim, rolling Fraser Valley roads for the bike, and paths along the lake for the run. The cycling portion travels on roads bordered by forest and farmland, with the run course returning athletes near the lake for spectators. The event has a field limit of 800 athletes and frequently sells out in advance, contributing to a more intimate, local atmosphere compared to large city triathlons. Official results and live tracking are provided for those following the event remotely.
