ENTEGA Heinerman Triathlon 2026

The ENTEGA Heinerman Triathlon takes place at the Woog grounds in Darmstadt. The swim, transition area, and finish are all located at this central point. The event occurs one week before the Darmstadt Heinerfest and features two distances: a sprint covering 0.75 km swimming, 20 km cycling, and 5 km running, and an Olympic distance with 1.5 km swimming, 40 km cycling, and 10 km running. The swim leg is in the Woog, a natural lake within Darmstadt. The cycling portion follows an out-and-back route. This race has been held in Darmstadt since 1984, adopting the ENTEGA Heinerman name in 2023. The event grounds offer amenities for spectators, including food vendors, bike repair services, and a flea market.
