O wyścigu
Hachede-Triathlon is a compact triathlon race day in Geesthacht, Schleswig-Holstein. The start, finish, and transition area are all close together on Menzer-Werft-Platz. The program covers short and middle options, including Supertriathlon, Volkstriathlon, Olympic distance, and XS, S, and M formats. The field ranges from first-time racers to age-group athletes and relay teams.
The swim is in the harbor, then the bike leg uses 10 km laps, and the run follows a 2.4 km counter-clockwise loop. Sprint fields are the largest, with about 150 expected participants, while the Supersprint and relay races are much smaller. DLRG supports water safety, Restube Active buoys can be borrowed, and finishers can receive a PALM medal. The event connects with the Landesmeisterschaften series, giving the local race day a championship link without losing its simple, close-to-the-action setup.
