O tym wyścigu
The Midweek Medal Madness Run is a 7-hour time challenge at Runnymede Pleasure Grounds. The course runs along the River Thames, 60% path/tarmac and 40% grass/light trail, which can get muddy. Road shoes are generally fine, but trail shoes offer extra grip. All abilities and walkers are welcome, with flexible start times. You control your distance. Finish 3km for a medal and a goody bag with vegan options; additional pins are available for longer distances. Aid stations are provided every lap.
