Run Aintree 5K, 10K & Half Marathon December

In December, Run Aintree offers 5K, 10K, or half marathon races at Aintree Racecourse. The location is the same course that hosts the Grand National steeplechase, making the venue the primary attraction over a typical road-race setting. The course consists of laps around the circuit: one lap for the 5K, two for the 10K, and four for the half marathon. It is flat and fast, with each mile marked and marshals positioned along the route to guide participants. The half marathon begins first, followed by the 10K and then the 5K. Entry includes water, post-race refreshments, and a themed medal. The event also benefits Radio City Cash for Kids.
