The Drop13 Big Cottonwood Canyon is considered by many the fastest Half Marathon in Utah. The course drops over 3000 feet, offering beautiful views of the spring runoff in a roaring river, with trees and plants in full green color. Racers receive four finisher medals. If you PR your half marathon, you earn a special PR medal. There's even a Drop13lbs medal for those who lose 13 pounds, based on the honor system.
