This informal, timed 5K loop is a Summer Warm Up Run, happening Rain or Shine. It's for anyone looking to test their abilities or challenge themselves in a relaxed atmosphere. The course starts at the Lakeside Park Pavilion, going through the town of Pawling and back. You can adjust your distance on race day, with an 8-hour time cap. All finishers receive a Custom Finisher Medal, plus a bib and refreshments.
