Walk, run, or cheer at the 13th annual Pound the Ground for Ultrasound! This 5k, which is stroller friendly, helps First Look Pregnancy Center provide free ultrasounds to anyone between 7-20 weeks. All participants receive breakfast and a chance to win an athletic wicking T-shirt. The 7th annual Church Challenge offers a hand-carved plaque to the winning church.
