Challenges include an Assault Bike, Box Hop Burpees, Ski, Row, Farmer Carry, and Sled Push, plus two "MYSTERY ZONE" stations. Compete solo, in a doubles wave, or the Gym Champions Relay. A kids race concludes with a sense of accomplishment and a medal.
