Stutenkerllauf Emsdetten 2026

Stutenkerllauf Emsdetten is a short street race in Emsdetten, North Rhine-Westphalia, usually run in November. The main race is only 3.82 km, with the Stutenkerllauf starting in the afternoon and children's races beginning earlier, so the day is built around quick local racing rather than a long-distance challenge. The start is at Sternbusch by the corner of Brookweg, and the organizer is Lauf-Gemeinschaft Emsdetten 1986 e.V. The programme includes children's and student races, which gives it a club-and-family feel. The event has reached well over thirty editions, and it even had a virtual version when in-person racing was disrupted.
