Sobre esta prova
The Yodogawa riverbed defines this event: flat, open, and suited for a morning run before the heat intensifies. This sixth Yodogawa Morning Marathon follows that basic concept, offering participants a chance to "run through the Yodogawa riverbed from the cool early morning and feel refreshed."
A simple riverside course is expected, not a large-scale urban event, with the practical pace common to riverbank races. The participants seem to be the low-key sort: individuals attracted by easy access and a simple entry process, with heat mitigation provided by shorter laps and frequent water stations along the route.
