ENERGA Susz Triathlon 2026

Energa Susz Triathlon is a long-running triathlon in Susz, a small town in northern Poland often called the capital of Polish triathlon. The first races in Susz were held in 1991, and the event now draws over 1,000 athletes annually. It is contested over several distances, including a 113 km race and sprint relays of 750 m swimming, 20 km cycling, and 5 km running. The most notable aspect of Susz is the town’s deep involvement. Local residents cheer along the route, with children and seniors both participating in the support, and the running course receives crowd energy typically seen at larger European triathlons like Challenge Roth. Over 200 volunteers assist with the race each year, and the event’s standing is built on experienced organization and local support as much as its extensive history in Polish triathlon.
