Sobre esta prova
Ultra ZADEK is a trail and ultra-running festival held in early March in the forest areas around Key-Key and Kędzierzyn-Koźle, in Poland’s Opolskie Voivodeship. The main running distances typically cover 30 km, 50 km, 70 km, and 100 km, with the longest option extending beyond standard marathon distance into a full-day forest effort.
The routes do not feature significant climbs, so the challenge stems from distance, pacing, weather, and time on your feet rather than mountain-style elevation. The festival also offers Nordic Walking and canicross options, and the entry limit of 455 participants keeps it smaller than a large city race. SIS XYZ - Fabryka Aktywności organizes the event, which is in its fifth edition.
