Od Tatier k Dunaju is a 345 km team relay race across Slovakia. It begins in Jasná in the Low Tatras and concludes on the Danube embankment in Bratislava. Teams run non-stop, day and night, typically with 9 to 12 runners. The ULTRA category features 6-person teams. Available categories include all-male, women’s, and mixed, alongside an unofficial SOLO option for individuals attempting the entire route alone.
The course is divided into 36 legs, each measuring approximately 7 to 12 km. For a 12-person team, this means each runner completes three separate legs. In the ULTRA category, each runner covers six legs. The official distance is 346.1 km, featuring around 3,990 m of elevation gain and 4,870 m of descent. The course primarily follows second- and third-class asphalt roads. The event is organized by the civic association Pohyb ako dar, with Štefan Šogor serving as race director.
