Mile markers are placed every mile, with road paint, cones, and additional turnaround signs for each distance. Over the past four years, only five runners have missed a turn. The race director’s policy is to double the signage when it already appears adequate.

Check-in will be at the main bus loop above the parking area. Pure Barre of the Main Line will lead a warm-up stretch near the start. Awards maintain the rowing theme, with a trophy for the fastest team "boat," determined by the average time of groups of four or more. Individual overall winners and age-group finishers will also receive recognition. Snacks and drinks will be provided after the race during the awards announcement.
