July 4th Run MEMPHIS 2026

July 4th Run MEMPHIS is a virtual Independence Day walk-or-run event offering five distance choices: 1 mile, 5K, 10K, half marathon, or marathon. As it is virtual, runners and walkers complete their chosen distance at their own location rather than gathering at a single Memphis course. The event is in its eighth year and connects the holiday theme to a veterans charity. A minimum of 15% of each registration fee is donated to Homes For Our Troops, an organization that builds homes for severely injured veterans. Participants also have the option to purchase official event shirts or hoodies.
