SC Superheroes in Motion Walk/Run/Roll 2026

The SC Superheroes in Motion Walk/Run/Roll takes place in Greenville, South Carolina, offering a 5K, a 1 Mile Fun Run, and a virtual 5K option in early September. The in-person 5K begins at 10:00 a.m., followed by the 1-mile event 15 minutes later. Participants are encouraged to wear costumes of their favorite superheroes. The event is designed for runners, walkers, and wheelchair participants. Awards for the 5K include categories for overall male and female finishers, masters runners (40 and over), wheelchair rollers, and various age groups ranging from 14 and under to 75-plus. All participants in the 5K and 1-mile races receive a finisher medal, and virtual 5K participants also receive medals. A reduced entry fee is available for individuals with spinal cord injuries.
