Noosa Run Swim Run

Noosa Heads Main Beach serves as the starting point, with check-in and briefings conducted at the Festival Events Hub located in the Noosa Heads SLSC Car Park. The Noosa Run Swim Run event is integrated into a larger endurance festival, taking place alongside the Noosa Sports & Lifestyle Expo, ocean swim races, and athlete briefings held at the Noosa Heads Surf Club. The race format is straightforward: participants start at the beach, complete a run and swim segment, and return to the hub for viewing. The 8-13 years age group begins first, establishing a distinct children's race atmosphere, followed by the 14 years and over category once the younger participants have cleared the course.
