10K San Sebastián

The 10K San Sebastián begins early Sunday morning on Hernani Street, adjacent to the Alderdi Eder gardens and San Sebastián City Hall. This is the shorter race within the Zurich San Sebastián Marathon, designed for runners seeking a flat city 10K, a first try at the distance, or a quick time without pacemakers. The course follows a single loop through central San Sebastián, tracing La Concha promenade, entering the city center, running alongside the Urumea River, and passing through Gros. Participants will see La Concha beach, the Victoria Eugenia Theatre, and the Kursaal cubes. A straight section of over a kilometer along the coast precedes the finish on the Boulevard near the Old Town. A refreshment stop is located at 5 km, with another at the finish line, where participants also collect a finisher bag.
