Carrera Popular por la Diabetes is a running and walking event in Madrid, held on Paseo de Camoens in Parque Oeste each November around World Diabetes Day. The event includes a 10K, a 5K, a 2.2K walk, and children’s races, catering to club runners, casual runners, walkers, and families.
The event also operates as ExpoDiabetes 360, supported by Fundación para la Salud Novo Nordisk España and Asociación Diabetes Madrid. Entry fees fund diabetes-related projects, including summer camps for children with diabetes via Asociación Diabetes Madrid and programs for adolescents with diabetes through the Novo Nordisk health foundation. Blue is incorporated into the event's identity, reflecting the diabetes awareness color. Organizers identify the race as Spain’s primary diabetes solidarity event.
