La pote trail - Lamballe-Armor 2027

Eight hundred runners line up after dark for La Pote’Trail in Lamballe-Armor, Côtes-d’Armor, Brittany. Organized by Sports découverte, this is the ninth edition of the night trail running event, which concludes a day of sport at La Poterie. The program also includes group hikes of 10 km and 18 km starting from the Poterie gymnasium, and children’s races held before the night events. One landmark provides the course its clearest identity: the collegiate church in central Lamballe, which the organizers describe as the race’s high point. The event started as a fundraiser for class equipment and instructor pay. Demand now exceeds the old field size; organizers added 300 bibs, bringing the total to 800, and all were taken. This makes it a local trail evening for runners, hikers, children, club regulars, and those seeking a winter race featuring a town-center landmark.
