The Salomon Szentendre Trail is a 54-kilometer ultramarathon beginning in Szentendre, Hungary, featuring 1,800 meters of elevation gain. Participants depart Szentendre in the morning with a strict cutoff: they must return to Szentendre before 5 PM.
The course crosses Szentendre, crosses the Apátkúti stream twelve times, and reaches Visegrád near midday. It also incorporates a section along the Kálvária. Towards the conclusion, runners pass through Szentendre’s central square and pedestrian lanes before their finish on the Danube promenade, allowing spectators to witness and cheer their final meters.
