The Toyosu Night Relay Marathon is a running festival held by the water bus terminal at Toyosu Park in Koto Ward, Tokyo. The races utilize a flat 1.66 km coastal loop, with chip timing based on gross time. The program runs from afternoon registration through awards after dark. Its main event is a two-hour night-view relay, where teams of 4 to 10 runners aim to complete as many laps as possible. A 10 km night run over six laps is also offered, plus a one-lap twilight family run for children up to elementary school age with their guardians.
The course keeps runners close to the Toyosu waterfront, allowing the relay format to give teams repeated passes through the same compact loop rather than sending them across the city. High school students and older may enter the general relay and 10 km race. The relay also includes a costume category and a Goukon RUN category for adults. A free bread-eating contest begins before the races, limited to the first 100 people who pick up numbered tickets at registration. This is the second edition of the Toyosu Gururi Park Relay & Run Festival, organized by the Relay Marathon Race Executive Committee and operated by Run Collection Co., Ltd.
