I Can And I Will Run! 2026

The I Can and I Will Run is a 5K and 10K fun run in Seattle, with the race area centered on Green Lake. It is scheduled for October, and both distances start and finish near the Green Lake Community Center and the adjacent baseball fields. The 5K follows part of the inner Green Lake trail and roads around the lake. The 10K includes Lower Woodland Park and roads around Woodland Park Zoo before rejoining the 5K route. Proceeds benefit uncompensated care at Seattle Children's Hospital, which treats children regardless of their families' ability to pay.
