Youth athletes will be inspired and motivated through running at the Houghton High School Track and Michigan Tech Trails. Coaches will break down fundamental skills, teaching techniques with stretching, drills, and bodyweight strength exercises. Kids will learn leadership, respect, and teamwork, fostering healthy habits. Parents are welcome to spectate.
