She Moves is a 10-week self-paced program for women of all abilities, focused on bettering yourself through movement. This gradual build clinic offers encouragement and a chance to make life-long friends and community. No experience is required. Bring your daughters, mothers, neighbors, or come solo to Ocean Isle Beach Park. Registration includes entry into the Calabash Turkey Trot!
